In case you missed it… from the VOX Team:
This just in, from the Team Vox engineers:
"We discovered that the quality of video playback has been suffering for the last month and a half. On investigation, it turns out that the software we use for turning the many formats of video by Vox members into web-playable video was modified somewhere around, well, a month and a half ago. We reverted that change this week, and video quality looks better than ever!
Over the next couple of weeks, we'll be re-encoding the videos encoded by the faulty software so that all of your videos look as good as they should. In the meantime, don't bother re-uploading your videos because that won't solve your quality issues until after we have a chance to re-encode."
That's a relief anyway… I had extreme problems with some videos lately… So this new is real helpful and will keep me from wasting time re-uploading, etc.
